Tracy Humphrey, LCPC

After getting her Bachelors in Psychology at the University of Illinois, Tracy received her Masters in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Seminary a long time ago… She has worked in many different settings doing individual, marital and family therapy for over 15 years. Currently Tracy loves to support women as they work to find their voice and use it to shape their world. Believing that life is a gift, it is her passion to help women celebrate that gift through all the seasons of their journey. 

 
 
 

Lauren Miller, LPC

Lauren Miller is a Licensed Professional counselor specializing in child, adolescent, and marital/ family therapy. She has most recently also worked as a therapist for a non-profit community family center and a crisis worker for a hospital. Prior to that, she was a case manager for infants and the elderly. She has a B.A. in psychology from Argosy University and M.S. in Clinical psychology from Benedictine University. She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and person-centered therapy. Lauren has a passion for supporting and empowering parents as well as building relationships with her individual clients. 

 
 
 

Vivica Odell, LCSW

Viv specializes in helping people who are coping with challenging and complex relationships, life transitions, trauma, and faith-related harm. A licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years mental health experience, she uses cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.

Viv helps adults, couples, and families find clarity, repair relationships, and process trauma in order to gain better emotional, mental and spiritual health. This includes women seeking support with life changes, relationships, parenting, or mood disorders such as depression and anxiety; couples seeking to improve their communication and connection; and families facing complex challenges and broken relationships. She will integrate faith-based understanding and practices according to client preference.

 
 
 

Jennifer Nelson, LCPC, CADC

Jennifer Nelson offers a safe therapeutic environment for people to share their story. She uses a person-centered approach, along with aspects from Cognitive behavioral and motivational interviewing to help clients get to where they want to be emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

She specializes in working with people struggling with life transitions, substance abuse, and emotional & behavioral issues. She has worked in inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings over the past 9 years with teens and adults.

Jennifer graduated from Rockford University with a B.S. in psychology and Benedictine University with a M.S. in clinical psychology. She also received her certified alcohol and drug counselor certification, along with her veterans counseling certificate from College of DuPage.

Jennifer is currently seeing clients via telehealth at this time.

 
 
 

James Haros, LPC

James Haros received both his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Benedictine University in psychology and counseling. James enjoys working with adolescents and adults and utilizes cognitive behavioral and person-centered therapy to help his clients challenge beliefs that limit their potential.

In addition to helping people suffering with depression, his specialties include extensive experience with anxiety disorders, including panic attacks, PTSD and OCD. James is also a trained EMDR therapist, and utilizes this treatment to help people gain a better understanding of the effect of major life changes, including processing of traumatic memories.
